8-1-20: EXPECTORATING ON SIDEWALK OR IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate or spit upon any sidewalk or upon the floor of, or in, any public building or room used for public assemblies or in public vehicles. (1965 Code)
