The Building Inspector, Health Officer, or Fire Chief may order that no person shall be permitted to enter, occupy or use a dangerous building or any portion thereof until the same shall have been made safe; and may post such order in a conspicuous place on the exterior wall of such building. No person shall enter, occupy or use, except for the purpose of repairing and making safe, any building or portion thereof after the posting of such notice until such building or portion thereof shall have been made safe.
