6-3-3: TIME LIMIT:
The permission to occupy streets, parkways, sidewalks, or alleys for the purposes of building, is intended only for imperative use in connection with the actual erection, repair, alteration or removal of buildings, and shall terminate with the completion of such operation and at as much earlier time as shall be feasible in the opinion and discretion of the Building Commissioner, at which time the person to whom the occupation permit has been issued shall remove all materials and equipment and shall place the street, parkway, sidewalk or alley in as neat and serviceable condition as prior to the occupation thereof.
