6-1-4: SAVING CLAUSE:
Nothing in this chapter or in the Building Code hereby adopted shall be construed to affect any suit or proceeding in any court, or any rights acquired, or liability incurred, or any character be lost, impaired or affected by this chapter. (Ord. 91-04, 3-12-1991)
