5-2A-1-1: TERMS DEFINED:
For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall be given the respective definitions set forth in this section:
CUSTOMER: A person who receives water and/or sewer service from the Village.
NEW APPLICANT: A person who applies for the provision of water and/or sewer service from the Village.
PERSON: A natural person, corporation, real estate trust, partnership, association or other legal entity. (Ord. 2004-20, 6-22-2004)
