5-2-7: LIFT STATION:
In addition to the water rates designated in section 5-2-1 of this chapter, water users residing south of 149th Street shall be charged an additional fee, as computed to be reasonable by the water department, for the maintenance of the lift station servicing said users. (1965 Code)
