4-1-17: REFUSE:

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit anywhere in the village any uncovered pile of refuse, garbage, offal, or the carcass of any dead animal. Such refuse must be disposed of properly. Any uncovered pile of refuse is hereby declared a nuisance. (Ord. 2004-03, 3-9-2004)
