3-5-2: PENSION BOARD MEMBERS:

As provided by law, the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Pension Fund shall consist of nine (9) members: The Village President, the Village Clerk, the Village Attorney, the Village Treasurer, the Fire Chief, three (3) active firemen, and one retired fireman. The duties and responsibilities of said Pension Board members shall be as further provided by law.
