3-5-1: FUND ESTABLISHED:
The Firemen's Pension Fund is hereby established pursuant to, and in accordance with, the provisions of Article 4, Chapter 1081/2, of the Illinois Revised Statutes, 1977, "An Act to create a firemen's pension fund in . . . villages . . . having a population of not less than 5,000 nor more than 200,000 inhabitants", as amended, as applicable to full time firemen.
