3-2-39: SAVINGS CLAUSE:
If any section, paragraph, clause or provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter, or the application of such section, paragraph, clause or provisions to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby. (Ord. 88-15, 4-12-1988)
