It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with a member of the fire department in the performance of his duty, or to refuse or neglect to furnish any member of the fire department help or information pertaining to the cause or origin of any fire, or to hinder any fire investigation in any manner. It shall be unlawful for any person in any manner to wilfully destroy, damage or deface any fire department vehicle, station, property or other equipment belonging to the village.
