Police department employee residency restrictions, uniform allotments and court appearance compensation shall be set by the most recent collective bargaining agreement in existence between the village and the bargaining unit representing the employees. Except as specifically set forth in the provisions of the bargaining agreement all other terms of employment shall be determined by the village president. (Ord. 2006-08, 9-12-2006)
