3-1-10: UNCLAIMED PROPERTY; PROCEEDS FROM SALE:
The proceeds of any such sale of unclaimed property, as provided in section 3-1-9 of this chapter, after deducting the costs and expenses of the sale, shall be deposited to the general corporate account of the village. (Ord. 79-2, 1-9-1979)
