2-6-6: ATTORNEY:

The board may employ an attorney to represent and advise the board, attend its meetings, and handle prosecutions before it. The board's attorney shall be compensated as provided by the annual appropriation ordinance of the board of trustees. (Ord. 71-10, 9-14-1971)
