§ 157.035 GENERAL.
   (A)   Permits for temporary signs exceeding 16 square feet shall be issued by the Building Inspector only when the sign is specifically allowed by this chapter. Temporary sign permits shall be issued only for the period of active use of the sign, and a permit shall not be issued for a period to exceed one year. Subdivision signs may be granted and extended for the period of one year, or until the last residence is sold, whichever period is shorter.
   (B)   All permitted temporary signs must meet the permanent sign design standards required in §§ 157.015 through 157.020 unless specifically stated otherwise in §§ 157.035 through 157.045.
