(A) Natural gas piping. Any person, firm, association or corporation that shall fail to comply with or violate any of the provisions of §§ 119.01 through 1119.15 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not less than $5 nor more than $200 for each offense.
(B) Oil and gas exploration. Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of § 119.30 or shall fail to comply therewith or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be liable to a fine and, upon conviction of any violation, shall be fined in any sum of not more than $100 for each offense, and each day that the violation exists shall be considered a separate offense.
