It shall be unlawful to conduct the sales of vehicles within the corporate city limits of the city, with the following exceptions:
(A) Properties legally zoned and displaying automobile dealership licensing documentation with all necessary city permits;
(B) Automobile repair shops or full service stations may display one vehicle for sale on the property; and
(C) Residential properties only, may park one vehicle for sale within the property boundaries.
