§ 117.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter, or any provision of any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to authority granted by this chapter, shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $200, and each day's failure to comply with any provision shall constitute a separate violation.
