(A) Traffic control devices. Any person who fails to obey a traffic control device authorized pursuant to §§ 71.01 through 71.06 or other traffic control ordinance in the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine not to exceed $200.
(B) Speed zones. Any person who shall violate any provision of § 71.20, shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $200, and each separate act or failure to comply with any provision shall constitute a separate violation of § 71.20.
