4-1-2: THROWING OBJECTS IN A CARELESS MANNER:
   A.   Prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw or project any item, manmade or natural, within the City limits, carelessly or without due caution in a manner so as to endanger, harm, or injure any person or property. (Ord. 4-26, 1996)
   B.   Penalty: Violation of this section shall constitute an infraction subject to penalty as provided in section 1-2-1 of this Code. (Ord. 4-34, 2000)
