3-5-4: PENALTY:
   A.   Violation of subsection 3-5-1A of this chapter shall constitute an infraction and be punishable as provided by state law. (Ord. 4-33, 2000)
   B.   Violation of subsection 3-5-1B of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-2-1 of this code. (Ord. 4-33, 2000; 2008 Code)
