3-4-6: PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-2-1 of this code. Each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 7-4, 1989; 2008 Code)
