Any applicant who violates any of the provisions of this chapter, or who fails or refuses to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this chapter and the application required hereunder, shall be guilty of:
A. First Violation: For the first violation, an infraction, punishable by a fine, costs and fees totaling fifty three dollars ($53.00);
B. Second Violation: For the second violation, an infraction, punishable by a fine, costs and fees totaling one hundred eight dollars ($108.00); and
C. Third And Subsequent Violations: For the third and subsequent violations, a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-2-1 of this code. (Ord. 7-8, 2000; Ord. 4-34, 2000; 2008 Code)
