Unless otherwise provided, failure to abate a nuisance within the city limits after reasonable notice to the landowner, tenant or person responsible for maintaining or allowing the nuisance shall be a misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-2-1 of this code. Failure to abate such nuisance from day to day shall constitute a separate offense for each day. (2008 Code)
