2-6-4: DURATION OF TAXES:
The Hotel-Motel Room Occupancy Sales Tax authorized and collected under this chapter is hereby imposed for a duration of eight (8) years from the effective date of this chapter. (Ord. 143, 11-20-2017, eff. 1-1-2018)
