The City of Ponderay, hereby imposes and shall collect certain non-property taxes, as follows:
A. An additional seven percentum (7%) Hotel-Motel Room Occupancy Sales Tax on receipts from all short term rental (30 days or less) charges for hotel rooms, motel rooms, condominium units, RV or trailer parks, tourist homes and the like; and,
B. All monies collected and/or retained under the provisions of this chapter shall be held in trust for the City of Ponderay and for payment thereof to the City Clerk in the manner and at the times provided in this chapter. (Ord. 143, 11-20-2017, eff. 1-1-2018)
