2-4-8: OVERLOADING:

It shall be unlawful for any person operating a taxicab or jitney to carry more passengers than the rated seating capacity of said motor vehicle, as given by the manufacturer of said vehicle, and not more than one person shall occupy the front seat with the driver at any time while the vehicle is in operation. (Ord. 3-14, 1995)
