A. Misdemeanor: Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-2-1 of this code. B. Separate Offense: A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed for each day on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 4-17, 1993)
