A. License: The term of any license issued under this chapter shall be one (1) year or that portion of the year remaining when the license is issued. The term shall expire at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on December 31 unless an application for renewal has been filed with the City. (Ord. 136, 11-21-2016)
B. Alcohol Beverage Catering Permit: An alcohol beverage catering permit shall be valid for a period not to exceed three (3) consecutive days. The dates said permit is valid shall be endorsed on the face of the application. (Ord. 3-18, 2001)
