A. Any person or entity who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine in a sum not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00), for each violation.
B. Each day that a person or entity engages in a business, trade or profession in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
C. The city, in addition to the fine described in subsections A and B of this section may take whatever steps it deems appropriate to civilly enjoin any further violation of this chapter. (Ord. 125, 3-17-2014)
