2-1-2: BUSINESS LICENSE; WHEN REQUIRED:

After January 1, 1999, it shall be unlawful for any person or entity to engage in any business, trade or profession within the limits of the city until they shall have first applied for and obtained a business license as required under this chapter. (Ord. 125, 3-17-2014)
