6-2-10: PENALTY:
Every person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-2-1 of this code. (Ord. 4-36, 1-20-2004; 2008 Code)
