6-1-1: SNOW REMOVAL:
   A.   Disposition Of Snow Removed: Snow removed from any property within the city limits shall not be placed upon the property of another property owner without the permission of said property owner; nor shall snow be thrown, shoveled, plowed or placed upon any streets, gutters and drainage of the city so as to block the view of drivers at street intersections, or obstruct free passage of vehicles thereon, or block or interfere with drainage in any gutter, ditch or culvert; nor shall snow be thrown, shoveled or plowed from one side of any street or public right of way to the other.
   B.   Exception: Snow deposited in the process of plowing any street or public right of way may be removed by the owner of private property affected thereby onto city property; provided, that said snow may not be placed upon any street, gutter or drainage of the city so as to block the view of drivers at street intersections, or obstruct free passage of vehicles thereon, or block or interfere with drainage in any gutter, ditch or culvert; nor shall snow be thrown, shoveled or plowed from one side of any street or public right of way to the other.    C.   Penalty: Every owner of any property from which snow is removed in violation of subsection A of this section, every person directing the removal of snow from property in violation of subsection A of this section, and every person who removed snow from property in violation of subsection A of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-2-1 of this code.
