The city council may, upon receipt of proper application, grant a permit to shooting galleries, gun clubs and others for shooting in a fixed locality under specified rules. Such permit shall be in writing, attested to by the city clerk, conforming to such requirements as the city council shall demand, and the permit thus issued shall be subject to revocation at any time by action of the city council. Such rules and regulations concerning permits and the revocation of permits shall be adopted by the city council by resolution. (Ord. 4-26, 1996)
