A. Across Public Highway, Street, Roadway Or Alley: It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm from or across any public highway, street, roadway or alley.
B. From Or Across Private Land: It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearm from or across any private land which is open for use by the public unless otherwise allowed by this chapter.
C. Within City Limits: It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge a firearm within the city limits of the city carelessly or without due caution in a manner so as to endanger or which is likely to endanger any person or property.
D. Minors: It shall be unlawful for any minor to discharge a firearm within the city limits unless otherwise provided by this chapter. (Ord. 4-26, 1996)
