At such times that any open burning is being maintained at any location for any reason, the fire must be attended by an adult owner of the property on which the fire is being maintained; or, a supervisory person, 18 years or older, who is in charge of the persons conducting the burning. All fires must be completely extinguished if not attended; or, if attended, no later than the end times as designated in § 94.03.
