§ 94.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Except as otherwise provided, any person found in violation of this §§ 94.01 through 94.05 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code for each occurrence. Each day that a violation of this subchapter shall occur shall be a separate offense incurring a separate penalty and court costs.

   (B)   In addition to any penalties imposed under §§ 94.01 through 94.05, a person found in violation

of §§ 94.01 through 94.05 may be required to reimburse the Polo Fire Protection District for the cost of equipment and manpower used to extinguish any illegal fire.

   (C)   Violations of §§ 94.01 through 94.05 shall also be subject to the courtesy citation provisions in the Polo Code of Ordinances.
