§ 112.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found guilty of violating § 112.44 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for any one offense.
   (B)   Unless otherwise provided, any person found guilty of violating any other provision of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty provide in § 10.99.
