§ 52.003 PLUMBING MUST COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No water shall be turned on for service in premises in which the plumbing does not comply with the ordinances of this city; provided that water may be turned on for construction purposes in unfinished buildings, subject to the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   All business related to plumbing must comply with the ordinances of the city and the state Plumbing License Law, 225 ILCS 320/0.01 et seq.
