§ 52.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person convicted of a violation of any section or provision of this chapter, where no other penalty is set forth, shall be punished by a fine not less than $35 nor more than $500 for any one offense.

(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 52.012 shall be subject to the penalty provisions contained in § 10.99 of the Polo Code of Ordinances.
