§ 51.042 CLASSES OF PERMITS; INSPECTION FEE.
   (A)   There shall be three classes of building sewer permits:
      (1)   For residential services;
      (2)   For commercial services; and
      (3)   For service to establishments producing industrial wastes.
   (B)   In any case, the owner or his or her agent shall make application on a special form furnished by the city. The permit application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications, or other information considered pertinent in the judgment of the Operator.
   (C)   An inspection fee of $100 shall be paid to the City Clerk at the time the application is filed. This inspection fee is in addition to the sewer connection permit fee and also in addition to user charge fees the provisions of which are detailed in subsequent sections of this chapter. The industry, as a condition of permit authorization, must provide information describing its wastewater constituents, characteristics, and type of activity.
