(A) Whoever violates any provisions of § 51.998(A) or (B) shall be fined not more than $500 for each violation. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating a stop order as specified in § 51.122 shall be fined not less than $1 nor more than $10 for each offense. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(C) Whoever violates any provision of § 51.988(D) shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for each offense.
