The city has three parks generally described as follows:
(A) Polo Community Park: bounded by the Illinois Central Railroad; Oregon Street; Prairie Avenue and Webster Street;
(B) Millard Deuth Westside Park: bounded by Dixon Street, Fulton Street and Broad Avenue;
(C) Louise D. Quick Park: located at the northwest corner of Franklin Avenue and Mason Street.
