§ 132.14 IN CITY PARKS.
   (A)   Any and all city parks shall be open daily to the public during the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. local time of any one day.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person (other than city personnel conducting city business therein) to occupy or be present in any city park during any hours in which the park is not open to the public.
   (C)   Any section or part of any park may be declared closed to the public by the park board at any time and for any interval of time, either temporary or at regular or stated intervals.
   (D)   Notwithstanding any other provision herein, a not-for-profit may submit a written request to the Polo Park Board requesting the date and time that it desires to be in a city park between the hours of 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. local time. The Polo Park Board shall then forward a recommendation to the City Council for its decision. Before any request is approved, the requesting organization must provide satisfactory evidence of liability insurance which names the City of Polo, the Polo Park Board and their agents as additional insureds.
