1317.05 "R-1" LOW DENSITY RESIDENCE.

(a) Statement of Purpose. This district is provided in recognition of the sections of the City with low density residential development. The specific intent of this section is the same as stated in Section 1317.04 (a).

(b) Permitted Uses.

Single-family dwelling

Two-family dwelling

Public uses

Semipublic uses

Plant cultivation

Multiple-family dwelling

Noncommercial recreational facility

Professional activities

Home occupations

Nursing homes

Public service facility
