The Chief of Police and Class II patrolmen shall be entitled to paid medical insurance, life insurance, sick leave, paid holidays and paid vacation in accordance with Chapter 34. Class III patrolmen shall not be entitled to such benefits except as otherwise set forth in this chapter or in Chapter 34. The Chief of Police and Class II patrolmen shall also be subject to the provisions of §§ 34.05 and 34.09 through 34.12.
