The pay periods for all village employees shall be on alternating Fridays at 3:00 p.m. beginning January 1, 1979. One week of pay shall be withheld by the Village Fiscal Officer from all persons in village employment on and after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 8-81, passed February 26, 1981). The one week of pay so withheld shall be paid to an employee upon termination of his or her employment with the village.
