§ 53.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 53.05 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of § 53.41 shall be fined $100 for the first day of such violation or noncompliance and $10 per day for each additional day of such violation or noncompliance.

   (C)   Whoever violates § 53.63 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues after the period for compliance, as provided in the notice, has expired.
   (D)   In addition to the penalties provided in divisions (A) and (B) hereof, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the village by reason of such violation or noncompliance.
