Any person found to be violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except § 53.05, shall be served by the Village Administrator with written notice of such violation, which notice shall state the nature of the violation and provide a reasonable time, as determined by the Administrator, for the satisfactory correction thereof. No person shall fail to comply with such notice within the period of time stipulated therein.
