§ 132.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, firm, partnership, association or corporation violating §§ 132.01 through 132.04 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor criminal offense and, upon conviction, shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
      (2)   Fines shall be imposed as follows:
         (a)   First violation: mandatory minimum fine of $50;
         (b)   Second violation: mandatory minimum fine of $100; and
         (c)   Third or subsequent violation: mandatory minimum fine of $250.
      (3)   For purposes of determining the number of multiple violations, any violation occurring within one year from the previous court disposition or conviction date shall be counted for second, third or subsequent violations.
   (C)   A violation of §§ 132.05 and 132.06 is a municipal infraction or civil offense. Citations shall be issued and proceeding thereon shall be conducted in accordance with § 10.35.
